Welcome to VarsityHub

These Terms of Service govern your use of the VarsityHub mobile application and services. By accessing or using VarsityHub, you agree to these terms.

Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using VarsityHub, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use VarsityHub. Users under 18 should have parental or guardian consent. By using the service, you represent that you meet these requirements.

User Accounts

When you create an account:

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You agree to provide accurate and complete information
• You are responsible for all activities under your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

Subscription Plans

VarsityHub offers the following subscription tiers:

• Rookie (Free): First two teams free with basic features
• Veteran ($1.50/month per team): Enhanced features for additional teams
• Legend ($20/year): Flat annual pricing with premium features

All subscriptions:

• Auto-renew unless cancelled before the next billing cycle
• Can be managed and cancelled through your app account settings
• Are processed through Stripe payment services
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis

User Content

When you post content on VarsityHub:

• You grant VarsityHub a license to display, distribute, and promote your content within the app
• You retain ownership of your content
• You represent that you have the right to post the content
• You are responsible for the content you post
• VarsityHub may remove content that violates these terms

Prohibited Conduct

You may not:

• Post illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or harassing content
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Harass, bully, or share others' private information without consent
• Use the service for commercial purposes without authorization
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service or other users' accounts
• Use automated systems to access the service

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms, illegal activity, or any conduct we deem harmful to the community. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings.

Intellectual Property

VarsityHub, its logo, design, and features are owned by LIME PRODUCTIONS LLC. All rights reserved. You may not use our intellectual property without written permission.

Disclaimers

VarsityHub is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We are not responsible for user-generated content or third-party services integrated into the app.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LIME PRODUCTIONS LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of VarsityHub.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the laws of the State of Connecticut, United States. You waive the right to participate in class actions.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be posted here and communicated via in-app notification or email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
